Delivery Areas and Restrictions

  • Eligible for shipping and free delivery: Contiguous 48 states (with minimum order amount for free shipping: $36.00)

  • Excluded areas: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, minor islands, and all U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO). These locations are currently not served. Customers in these regions may use a package forwarding service within the contiguous 48 states to receive orders.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the contiguous 48 states usually takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, flight delays, or other unforeseen events, which can result in longer transit times.

Handling Items Damaged in Transit
Minor damage to shipping cartons may occur, but the items inside are usually unaffected.

If a product is damaged during shipping:

  1. Ask the delivery person to note the damage.

  2. Take photos of both the package and the damaged item.

  3. Contact KCNTBQCCS via email or phone. We will assist you with return and replacement procedures.
