Returns and Refund Policy

At KCNTBQCCS, we want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. This Returns and Refund Policy explains the conditions, process, and timelines for returning products and requesting refunds.

Our return policy applies for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within this period. Requests submitted after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • All returned items will undergo an inspection after arrival.

If the returned product does not meet these requirements, KCNTBQCCS reserves the right to deny the refund request.

A 1% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount once the return is approved.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact KCNTBQCCS customer support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. After your request is approved, the designated return address will be provided via email.
    Please note: Do not send products back to our office address without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

  3. Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transit. Items that arrive damaged, used, or unsuitable for inspection and resale may be rejected.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 natural days.

Applicable Products

  • This policy applies only to standard products that match the original order and are returned in acceptable condition.

  • Custom-made products and items related to promotions or discounts are not eligible, as such offerings are not provided on our website.
